Primer-Coated Thermal Film

Primer BOPP Thermal Lamination Film is a traditional thermal lamination film featuring a primer coating layer between the BOPP substrate and the thermal adhesive layer. The primer layer is designed to enhance adhesive bonding strength and improve lamination stability.

The primer treatment improves the compatibility between the low surface energy BOPP film and the EVA adhesive layer, ensuring stronger adhesion and more reliable lamination performance.

Non-Primer Thermal Film

Non-Primer BOPP Thermal Lamination Film is a thermal lamination film that does not require a primer coating layer. By using advanced BOPP surface treatment technology or specially formulated EVA/thermal adhesive systems, the film can be directly bonded with printed materials through heat and pressure lamination.

Traditional BOPP thermal lamination films usually require a primer layer to improve adhesion between the film substrate and adhesive layer. Non-Primer films optimize resin formulations and surface treatment processes, eliminating the primer coating step, improving production efficiency, and reducing manufacturing costs.
